Background
Jake Stratton is the Chief Technology Officer of SynapticSci, where he leads technology strategy and platform architecture and oversees the cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and DevOps practices behind SynapticSci’s products. He sets the company’s technical direction and is responsible for how the platform is designed, secured, and scaled as the customer base grows.
Jake brings nearly three decades of experience building and leading technology organizations. He began his career supporting IT at genomics and diagnostics companies which gave him an early grounding in how laboratories run. He went on to lead IT, network, and infrastructure teams at major trade associations for the financial industry. Across those roles he was responsible for infrastructure, data systems, and IT operations in highly regulated environments.
