Documents we hand out
- Veterinary diagnostic labs stop retyping submission forms.
- Materials and transportation testing labs stop retyping field sheets.
- Government research and contract testing labs keep requests and results together.
- Environmental and other testing labs replace a LIMS that no longer fits.
Our software runs in production for clients including UW Veterinary Care, Maine DOT, and NIEHS. Your first step is a thirty-minute conversation with an expert.
Hand these documents to the people who decide on a new system. The workflow questionnaire holds the questions we ask in the first hour of the Understand phase, our on-site analysis. Each is also a PDF. Purchasing offices, IT groups, and directors often ask for the pages listed with them.

Map a laboratory workflow
We ask these questions in the first hour of the Understand phase. They come in six groups, each with the reason we ask it. Print the questionnaire, answer what you can, and bring it to the conversation. It is not a quote and commits you to nothing.
No download asks for your email address. Our privacy notice explains what we measure.
02Documentation
Product documentation comes with the product
Each product ships with its documentation, which covers an overview, the architecture, configuration, and operations. Your IT group receives it with the software. Before you sign, we walk you through the parts that matter to your decision.
To see what each product covers, read the LabSci, VetSci, and DOTSci pages.
